It doesn’t matter where your adventure takes you, all of our caravans are self-sufficient and ‘off-grid’ capable – meaning they all have solar, battery power, gas and ample water storage. All of our caravans are also unique and ooze luxury. They are packed with extras to make your glamping experience a memorable one, from coffee machines to BBQ gear and even playing cards!

What does the service fee cover?
- Gas
- Cleaning products & amenities for the caravan
- Thorough hand over
- Full disinfect of the caravan post & pre-hire (This does not include a full clean. All caravans must be returned cleaned by the hirer – unless the hirer has requested ‘clean the van for me’ within the booking).
Is there a minimum hire period?
There is a 3 day (not night) minimum hire. During peak holiday periods this may increase without notice.
What sort of tow vehicle do I need?
The tow capacity required on your tow vehicle varies between all of our caravans. Before making a booking please ensure your vehicle has sufficient tow capacity (you can verify this by calling your vehicles manufacturer or by checking the tow ball compliance plate.)
All tow capacities of each caravan are clearly detailed within their listing in the “Our Vans’ section of our website.
What does my car need to tow?
Not much at all. You only need a tow bar & a 7 pin plug. We have 7 pin to 12 pin adaptors which we provide free of charge. We can supply you with the electric brake controller and side mirrors.
Do I need electric brakes?
Yes you do – But don’t worry we can hire you an ‘Elecbrake’ Bluetooth Brake Controller. Simply nominate Electric Brakes as an extra in your hire request, or chat to us.
What are the pick up and drop off times?
Pick up is from 9.00am on the first day of hire. Drop off is by 3pm on the last day of hire. If you have any concerns regarding these times for your caravan hire in Sydney, please feel free to get in touch with us.
How long does the handover take?
Usually we ask you to allow an hour. We like to make sure all of our hirers feel confident prior to their departure, so if more time is required that’s okay by us.
Can I opt for a Delivery & Set Up Service?
Yes you can, within 50km. We charge $2.50 per km (each way) for this service. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and to obtain a quote.

Are our caravans pet friendly?
Yes they are! We prefer small to medium none shedding pets but please feel welcome to chat to us about your furry friend prior to booking 🙂 We have a small $100.00 pet fee for this service.
